We will try our best to help accommodate changes you need to make.


Reservation payments are non-refundable. Upon reserving your time your full fee is collected. Changes to your reservation time/day/number of people can only be made within 24 hours booking (pending availability). Also pending availability, you can add additional players to your reservation by calling 443-214-3545. The cost will be collected over the phone or paid via invoice before your session. If you give us proper notice, at least 3 days in advance and you are not able to commit to a new reservation time, we will be happy to issue you a store credit via a gift card in the amount of your initial purchase minus a 6% processing fee or $40 which ever is higher. If you do not give us proper 3 days’ notice, then you will be charged/forfeit your booking.

No-shows will not be refunded!  Store credits/Gift cards expires 3 months after issuance. Thank you for your understanding.
